New month. New challenge. For the month of February, I will be taking on the 50 Push Up Challenge. I seriously lack upper body strength. I can lift things and carry people when needed, but I could definitely be stronger. Now, starting a 30 day challenge in February is a tough one since there are only 28 days. However, I’ll just forfeit a couple of rest days. No biggie!
I hope to gain a few things through this challenge:
- Upper body strength…this one is a given.
- More toned arms. No need for bingo wings this early in life.
- Motivation. I have a habit of starting exercise challenges and giving up around day 14. I am determined to complete this one.
