Bingeworthy Favorites

I live by myself, so I like to have “noise” on. In an effort to save some money, I don’t have cable. Me watching television consists of Netflix or any movies I have on hand. Oh, and Amazon Video, though I haven’t tried that too much.

I’m a big multitasker while television is on. I’ll work on my blog or read or flip through a magazine, something that has the potential to use my brain a bit. With that being said, I don’t love having something on that requires my full attention. So…that generally means putting on one of my favorite shows.

Gossip Girl

I think I love this one just because it’s so outrageous. It’s nice fluff to watch the fashion. Also, can we please talk about HOW ON EARTH the bars got away with serving minors?! Did they just have so much money that no one cared? I will forever be #teamchuckandblair, and against Lonely Boy.

The Office

My sister actually made us watch the series finale one year at Christmas, so I saw how everything wrapped up before I saw any other episode. Though Michael Scott causes me great pain sometimes (ex. Phyllis’ Wedding), it’s a great feel-good show. A couple of times, I’ve restarted it just because I don’t want it to end.

Friends

I can’t believe it took me this long to watch Friends all the way through. It was too girly of a show to watch at my previous residence, so it was the first thing I did when I moved out! Cult classic indeed. Also, how did they afford those apartments?!

Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs

I know this isn’t a television show, but I love this movie! It’s literally just cute. It’s not sad and it doesn’t work to teach a lesson. It is just adorable. The second one is pretty cute too.

And my favorite of all time…

Parks and Rec

What a feel good show. Can’t we all just have a Leslie Knope follow us around and compliment us all day? “Flu Season” is the best episode of all time.

Seriously, Leslie Knope is my spirit animal. What are you favorite bingeworthy Netflix favorites? Any on Amazon Video I need to check out?
