With the holidays terrifyingly around the corner, it’s never too early to get in shape. Heck, it’s not too late to get in on your new year’s resolutions either. For September, I’m tackling the “30 Day Perfect Abs Challenge”.
Now, I like to think that I’m a fairly fit person. I’m not a runner, but I try and keep up. These numbers are intimidating though. 150 second plank?! That’s over two minutes. I was a dancer…my arms are not developed in a way that can support me for that long. Yikes.
Wish me luck, friends. I’m going to need it.
