Mother’s Day Gift Guide

Don’t worry, procrastinators. Mother’s Day isn’t until Sunday (May 13th). If you’re counting, that’s just six days away. I’m here to help with the perfect gift guide for moms.

I cannot speak enough about wine subscriptions. It’s the perfect Mother’s Day gift that keeps on giving. Most services, like Winc or Cellars Wine Club, offer gift certificates. It’s super simple. Your mom (or wife or sister or what have you) just needs to log on, take a quiz about her tastes, and then wine will show up at her door. She doesn’t even need to leave the house!

If your mom is an organized planner, I LOVE the Life Planners from Erin Condren. They’re bulkier than most other planners, but they’re phenomenal for staying organized. You can personalize it from cover to cover too! Put her name on it or pick her favorite color…it’s the perfect touch to let that special lady know that you had her in mind when you bought it!

If the mother you’re celebrating loves to cook, give Southern Kitchen a try! They have everything from enamelware (my favorite) to ceramics and even cast iron! Take 20% off your entire order for Mother’s Day plus get free shipping!

The Joanna Gaines fad has grown as well. I’m obsessed, of course, as are most women I’ve met. Magnolia Table is a lovely cookbook. We all recall that I loved readingĀ The Magnolia Story in 2017. Chip even has his own book now, but I haven’t read that (so proceed at your own “risk”). Joanna has even extended to her own quarterly magazine, Magnolia Journal. It’s actually incredible. More content than ads!

At the very least, get your mom (or sister or wife or what have you) a beautiful card. Take the time to pick something out that speaks to your relationship. Then, take the extra 10 minutes and write something nice to her. Our moms have done a lot for us. At least one day a year, they deserve to know just how influential they are and how much they mean to us.
