Walk to Run Challenge

Running is such a good workout to like. You can do it wherever you are, even if you’re traveling. It doesn’t require anything other than a pair of sneakers and some clothes. I’ve tried to get into running. It’s difficult for me to find the best time of day to do it though. I’m not a morning person, and my “best” workout time is generally soon after dinner. No one wants to go running with a turkey burger and sweet potato bouncing around.

For the month of April, I will be taking on the “Walk to Run Challenge”.

Now, my workouts generally involve Olivia, so this has the potential to be quite interesting. Hopefully, by the end of this, I will enjoy running! Or at least, I may be better at it. I would love it if you guys joined in on this challenge with me. Nothing better than the internet to keep you accountable!
